Return & Exchange Policy

HypeFuse pieces from ARK28 Creations are custom-made. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or customer-provided design details.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order you placed, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ark28creations.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece and, when applicable, its packaging.

We will review your request and arrange an exchange or replacement for approved issues. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Shipping and replacement timing

ARK28 Creations pays for return shipping and replacement shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect pieces. You can expect to receive your replacement within 14 days after your exchange is approved.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, misuse, or alterations made after delivery.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
