Terms of Service

These terms apply to shopping at ark28creations.com and ordering HypeFuse pieces from ARK28 Creations. Please review these terms and our published policies before placing an order.

Orders, payment, and pricing

Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and order information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Review your order details and total before submitting payment. Price changes apply to future orders.

If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.

Custom design details

Custom pieces are made using the size, colors, artwork, and design notes you submit. Please check these details carefully before ordering and submit clear, usable artwork when available. If you notice an error or need a change, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Artwork proof and approval

Before producing a custom piece, we will email a design proof to the email address provided with your order. Review the spelling, logo, layout, size, and colors carefully. Reply “Approved for production” to approve the proof, or reply with the changes you would like. Production begins only after we receive your written approval. We retain that approval with your order records.

Screen colors may vary slightly from the finished piece. Changes may not be possible once production has started. Time spent waiting for your approval is not included in the delivery estimate.

Submitted logos and artwork

By submitting a logo, image, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for your requested custom piece. You authorize ARK28 Creations to use the submitted material to prepare and produce your order. This permission does not authorize us to use your artwork for unrelated marketing.

Production and delivery

Estimated delivery for custom orders is 1–7 business days after artwork approval, including production and shipping. USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays may affect arrival. Contact us if you have a specific event date or delivery concern.

Returns and exchanges

Custom pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds. For damaged, defective, or incorrect pieces, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We pay return and replacement shipping for approved exchanges, and replacements are expected to arrive within 14 days after approval. Please use our website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders. Information about how personal information is handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
